 Silent Auction Items

• Provide item description, picture, and value

• Please note you are donating the whole item and value, we cannot accept items if you're expecting a portion of the proceeds back

• All items must be new unless it is Collectors Items 

• We would love one or two BIG TICKET items such as a gun or hunting trip -- this will be done as a Live Board Item.

 Wine Pull

• Wine valued at MINIMUM of $20 

Mileage or Flight Tickets

• We'd love to help get our NorthEast girls from Rochester, NY to join the fun here in Texas so if you have any extra miles or tickets to donate!

Beverages (Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic)

• Tickets will include non-alcoholic beverages such as water and tea, let us know if you know anyone who could donate a pallet or two!

• We'd love to offer some alcoholic beverages at our event if you know of anyone who'd donate beer or wine for the day of!

Gifts/Trophies

• We would love some trophy type items for winners of our mini tournaments throughout the evening!
